Partnership for a Drug-Free New Jersey is accepting entries for its New Jersey Shout Down Drugs contest. High school students can submit original music with lyrics about substance abuse prevention through Friday, February 1. A panel of judges will select one finalist from every county to perform their songs at the 15th annual Prevention Concert, held Friday, May 10, at the Victoria J. Mastrobuono Theater at Rutgers.
